Carb cycling is a fanatasic thing, as I am playing with it now too ;)
But it's also something you need to be careful with, cause if you don't do it properly your body can start acting up.

And MHH, I just want to tell you, (well I know you know this already anyway) but I just want to say I think you're a truly amazing woman, you're a beauitful person inside and out, and I'm happy to call you my friend. I love you girl, and I'll always be here for ya    :rose: :rose: :rose:
Yes, I am glad I tried it (finally) thanks to Shadow's push....

And thank you R., I needed to hear that more than you know at this VERY moment. I'm actually pretty choked up... thank you :rose:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Anything you start doign below 12% bodyfat should only be for specifically short period of time, i.e. contest prep or photo shoots or I dunno, special day at the beach or something, weddiing?? But then come out of it immediately after. There I agree if 12% is a maintenance point, then the diet should be adjusted to support that.

exactly.......

..the morning temp is a pretty good indicator as to if the thyroid is acting optimally.....if's its in the normal range..then there arent really any dietary manipulations that can be done...I requested it now as it is just a few days after a carb-up..so I would expect it to be close to the 'normal" rangass
