- 500 mL water (or more, dehydrated as hell today)
4:00 P.M. - Diet Pepsi, multi-vitamin

6:00 P.M. - Black Angus Sirloin Tip Roast, small serving of the carrots, potatoes, onions it was cooked in
12:00 A.M. - Woke up from a long nap and realized I left the PB at work

7:15 A.M. - 4 Levorex, multi vitamin
7:30 A.M. – Didn't make it to cardio
8:00 A.M. - 2 T-rex, 1 Glucorell-R
Meal # 1:
Protein shake........
2 ¼ scoops of ISO AGB
½ - 1 cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
15 blueberries
