Bullshit PM's & Post's

I've seen sooooo many people lately complaining of harassing, spiteful or outright flaming pm's and/or post's. To respond to these merely feeds these trolls and makes us no better than those "other" boards. To heckle a newbie for asking "can I eat bull testicles for test" is one thing but to harass members/vets/mods just to get attention is completely different.

There is a simple alternative to Banning these people (which seems to take an act of God to do) and that is the IGNORE feature in your profile. No more PM's and hell you don't even see their juvenile reply's on the posts. Perhaps the Mods can pick up with a 3 strike policy from there or something, thats why they get paid the big bucks right.

I agree with you to a point, however some of these jackasses that have been sending threatening pm's and just blatantly being the biggest cocksuckers they can be need to be banned. There should be no waiting around or taking a vote, ban the bastards.

There is a big difference between discussions becoming heated and some people flaming someone a little harder than need be, but when you send pms saying some of the shit I've read on the recent threads, they need to be banned.

That shit drives me insane, I would love to have the address of punks like that however that makes me no different than them, other than the fact I wouldn't type it out and hide behind a computer I would find a nice weekend and take a temporary vacation to visit the punk.

I could type all fucking day on this issue, however this is something the Moderators and George need to look at again and start nipping this shit in the ass when it starts. We don't need 12 threads titled "why huskers1 needs banned" taking up the board space, all that does is make it look like the people that run the board are at lunch, besides the fact it makes quality people that left their old board because of the same fucking shit show up to ours and say to themselves "well I guess this isn't any better than my old board."

I think IM69 has a great point. The ignore option is probably one of the best, but least used options. I really get tired of seeing these private wars taking up board space. makes me somtimes have to check and make sure I'm on anabolic and not chat

I think it would be a better board if we banned a few of these people.I think anyone that sends pm`s for no other reason then to flame someone should be banned.It seems that the other boards don`t tolerate it,why does elite? would like to just stay away but there are alot of great members here that I have learned a great deal from.huck,serge,quadsweep just to name a few.hopefully threads like this are a step in the right direction.
