bulking

Thanks for all the help fellas. I'll probably combine what you all said and force feed cleanly. I guess they key is getting in mass quantities of protein throughout he day. I think this diet is going to cost an arm and a leg to buy all the necessary food.
 
when im bulking here is my routime.

morning:
3 whole eggs 3 egg whites,2 pieces 100% whole wheat toast.

11:00am
60 gram protein shake

1:00pm
2 cans of tuna, rice.

3:00pm preworkout
protein shake, teaspoon anpn and rolled oats.

6:00
8oz lean steak, cottage cheese. sometimes with lobster tail.

8:00pm
protein shake

try to drink a gallon of water a day, flax oil, fish oil caps, milk thistle for the papevar. i try to keep it in that time frame but it usually doesnt work like that. lets here your guys's bulking cycle.

Brekkie
Reflex Weight Mass Shake.
Bowl of porridge
Whey shake

10am
I big whey shake (consists of 6 egg whites, apple, banana, 2 scoops of egg white powder, 150g of Refles whey)

12pm
Tuna Shake

2pm
Chiken brest, veggies

5pm
Cup of pasta, cup of rice.

Train hard. After workout have, amino acids, glutamine, creatine.
Get home, reflex Mass shake.

8.30
Dinner
Chicken/Fish/beef, all with veggies.

Dessert
Half pint of Sugar free Jello (I think thats what you guys call it)

Before bed another Whey Mass Gain Shake.

All my work outs have been good, getting at least 1 to 2 more reps and adding weight.

I weigh 14 stone, 12-15% bf, mainly on the gut, comes off easy when I cut up, Arms 17, waist 32, chest 43.

the big whey shake and tuna shake sound disgusting

cup of pasta cup of rice? no protien? same with the jell-o?
plus I don't think you have to rely on protien powder so much

that's my opinion

if I ate like that I would
a) be sick
B) be fat
c) feel very sluggish

but if it works for you.........
