I big whey shake (consists of 6 egg whites, apple, banana, 2 scoops of egg white powder, 150g of Refles whey)

Tuna Shake

Chiken brest, veggies
5pm
Cup of pasta, cup of rice.

Train hard. After workout have, amino acids, glutamine, creatine.
Get home, reflex Mass shake.

Dinner
Chicken/Fish/beef, all with veggies.
Dessert
Half pint of Sugar free Jello (I think thats what you guys call it)
Before bed another Whey Mass Gain Shake.
All my work outs have been good, getting at least 1 to 2 more reps and adding weight.
I weigh 14 stone, 12-15% bf, mainly on the gut, comes off easy when I cut up, Arms 17, waist 32, chest 43.
