I weigh 115 and am trying hard to gain weight and muscle as fast as possible. I want soe\mething that is mostly safe and legal. I am taking d-bol and seeing not too much result and have been working out for 2 month and taking d-bol for two months. What can I do?
 
Eat more food. Eat as soon as you wake up... then keep somthing on it every 2 hours. Before you go to the dbol.. you gotta get your body ready to put on that kind of weight. Work on your back, legs and shoulders the most. It will help you build a strong frame. Dbol will not work without the proper diet. Keep that in mind. Drink alot of water and buy MRPs.... you gotta keep your body busy with food. Also make sure you get enough sleep. I can not stress how important it is for Ectomorphs to eat as soon as they wake up. I know this... I am one.
 
I agree with Dballer...you must be eating or lifting wrong. I'm natural and I've put on 5 pounds in my first 2 weeks of lifting.

You should spread your cals over 5 or 6 meals and get plenty of protein. Spend your money on protein shakes, Creatine, l-glutamine, antioxident vitamins, BCAA (branch chain amino acids) supplements first.

Save the gear until you hit a genuine plateau.

you need to do lots and lots of research. First of all, you need to be eating right. High protein, even higher carbs, and some essential fatty acids. Next, you have to train regularly, and you have to train right. To me it doesn't sound like you are very experienced in the weight room. Before you start any AAS, train for a few hard, intense years. You will be surprised how much you can actually gain. Make sure not to overtrain though...many newbies overtrain thinking they will get humongous -- more is not always better. Try to keep your workout schedule to around 4 maybe 5 days a week.

Now, if you decide you want to add some supplements that are legal, you should make sure to take a multivitamin every day. Also, you can go get yourself some creatine and protein powders. Glutamine could be helpful too.

You don't really sound like you know what you are doing when it comes to the dbol. First of all, you're on a dbol only cycle which already sucks. Next, you are on dbol for 8 straight weeks. I'm not sure what your dosage of it is, but do you realize the side effects of dbol?? 8 weeks is too long, and i feel quite sorry for your liver. Also, it doesn't sound like you have clomid for your post cycle, so you're pretty much gonna take most of your gains and throw them down the toilet.

If i were you I would quit the dbol all together, do a WHOLE LOT of research on training, dieting, supplementing...and if you decide to in the late late future, AAS. I'm pretty damn sure that if you start doing everything correctly, you will be pleased with the results.

Since when did d-bol become legal and safe? Drink water and protein. How many grams of protein do you consume daily? How many calories daily...etc....What is you diet like?
 
And how many mg's of dbol are you on / day? For a newbie I think 30 would be reasonable. Dbol is definitely not legal and safe.
And as mentioned before, you really should do lots and lots of research.
 
I am taking metandrostendrostenolone D-Bol and did a little research and was told it did not have any major side effects and was legal. I was told to take 4 bottles on and then 2 months off each pills contains 100mg 19-norandrostenendione, 100mg 4-androstenediol, 25mg (lpc), and 5mg bioperine. Is this really ilegal?????
 
5'9" 115 lbs?? i would recommend you start eating a lot more. You seem to be quite underweight for your size. Get your eating and training habits down first, worry about everything else later.

Ok... so it is not his 8th year on the juice... I think he got the message.
Eric, if you are younger than... lets say 20.. you are doing your body a great injustice by using either real DBol or ProHormones. Listen to some of these guys that talk about diet and calorie consumption. Along with your ingestion of protien and regular store bought vitamins, you could make more gains on your diet alone than you would off of the DBol. Another thing... don't let the guys who flame you stop you. This is a message board. Alot of what you read here is just chat. Instead of worrying about the roids... get your diet dialed in perfectly. You will be amazed at how much muscle you will gain.
Keep your nose up.
 
You need to eat, eat, eat, eat and eat some more along with lifting on a good solid schedule to build a good solid base. Do that for a couple of years and then worry about other stuff.

I just want someone nice to help me out. I am tired of being 115 and I have tried to do research on how to gain wheight but everybody seem to tell me different things. I work out eveyday, and have gained maybe 8 pounds in the past 2 months. Shouls I not be working out should I just be eating a lot I am drining 1500 caleries a morning with that powdered gainers fool drink stuff. I just need help but please be nice.
 
First of all, the stuff you are taking is not dbol. It is a prohormone. Secondly, yes you should keep working out. Just make sure you are taking in enough protein. And eat, eat, eat. Drink plenty of water. Do some research on training. You should make some nice gains with the proper diet and training. When you stop gaining naturally, then you can try AS.

19-Norandros is a prohormone that causes your body to produce Nandrolone (same as what is found in deca). 4&5-Andros causes your body to produce more testosterone. I've heard that you'll test positive for deca if you are using these....dunno.

Both are legal because they at best only double your natural levels. Needless to say, real AS like deca or DBOL raises your levels MUCH higher.

I think you'd be better off investing in the other items I mentioned in my last post. That's what I'm going with. I bought a lot of Andros before I educated myself on the matter.

8 pounds in 2 months? that a pound a week, which is pretty damn good. just do as everyone else says and eat. i recommend you get off prohormones. that shit gives gyno.
 
Forget the gear Eric. Buy a book called 'Brawn' by Stuart McRobert. This is a good book and makes lots of sense for somebody your size. When you can squat 1.5 bodyweight for 20reps minimum then come back here and consider gear. Forget any supplements other than protein - otherwise youre wasting your money for now. Get the basics right first - just my opinion of course. When youve added about 60lbs to your frame then consider gear. Im sure you will do this as long as the weight increases every workout.
