Although that certainly helps.
...Breakfast cereal!! I swear to god, no matter how full I am, I can always down a double-helping of the stuff. Over the course of a day, at 300 cal/bowl, that definitely adds up.
So my meals look like this:
1) Eat solids until I absolutely can't
2) Switch over to breakfast cereal for 1-2 bowls
3) Maybe another glass of soy milk or a protein shake if the meal didn't have any meat in it
Been working so far...set a couple PR's two days ago. Bodyweight is up as well.
