bulking is crap

hey guys i dont think bulking make any sense .the reason is that i just came off my1st cycle of 200mg deca per week 250 sus per week and 30mg of dbol a day. i felt good during the cycle because i looked really huge and swolen but guess wat guys my belly was swollen as well. to me i felt like a fat turd when i was walking around people to big and bulky.

but that isnt the worst part when i came off the cycle i lost a little size but i looked awful because i lost the water mass so i was kinda saggy and my belly was still bloated ,so now im here tring to loose the fat and its hard as hell.


im goin on a cutting cycle of 75mg of tren eod, 100mg of winstrol eod, 400mg of eq a week and clen. im goin to stck with this cycle from now on screw bulking i rather be big dense and veiny with a six pack that being bulky bloated with a big belly,im a body builder not a power lifter.
 
well, it's more effective for adding more muscle, of course do not consume far over caloric levels, it comes to a point where fat to muscle ratio will end up being greated if you go too overboard and or make the wrong food decisions..
 
Sounds like you need some help with your diet!!! Even when you bulk up you can still eat clean carbs (yams, shredded wheat, rice cakes.........bla bla bla..) and that way you won't get all fat and saggy while bulking up. Unless you have amazing genetics (which i doubt) then your diet is going to determine how much fat you will lose or gain on a cycle. Most people make the mistake of eating tons of fast food or shitty carbs while they bulk up and then they wine about looking like the Goodyear blimp!!! Do some research on the nutrition board and learn something so that you can bulk up while maintaining somewhat of a lean physique instead of just blaming the gear (like dbols) on making you shaggy!!!

I agree. I try to stay away from empty calories when bulking. Shit like soft drinks and snickers.............
 
thats the thing i didnt eat bad when i was bulking.i have a natural big structure not fat. i ate a clean diet when i was bulking but the dbol somehow change my phsic and made me huge and watery it looked amazing when i was on it but when i came off i saw that it gave me muscle but also some fat. so since i am naturaly big i dont think i need to bulk anymore.
 
Sounds like you don't know what your doing. Either that or go see a doctor because there is something seriously wrong with you. Dbol does not make you fat. Did you do any post cycle therapy?

Bro, what do you mean by "natuarally big"? If you mean that you were already fat before you started your cylce, that was probably your problem right there. Yo should never do a cyle with more than %10 bodyfat at the most. Due to the fact that if you're trying to make gains, you're going to have to take in more calories, carbs, and protein, so a little fat is expected. But not a lot. Dbol will make you retain water, but dbol itself does not make you gain fat. That is most likely from the extra calories, etc. However, the fat should never be excessive, and with a little cardio and adjustment to your diet post cycle, should easily come off.
You can't have it both ways. You can't make gains without adding a little fat. If you want to stay cut all the time, you will stay around the same size that you are with very little gains. That's why BB go on gaining cylces in the offseason, and cutting cyles in prep for a contest.
 
Please lets not confuse bjorn anymore than he already is. There is no rule about doing a cycle with less than 10 percent bf. This is utter nonsense.

If you want to be successful you must first learn to eat and train correctly to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Once you have developed those skills you will be ready to try a cycle in order to continue making the progress that you made naturally. Don't look to steroids to fix a problem you already have, use them to help achieve a goal that is alrady set into motion. If you don't its just going to be one dissapointment after another.
 
Its all in how you eat bro, but you are still going to gain fat when you gain muscle, there is no way around it. Also, when you take test your gut is going to get big and stick out past your pecs. Welcome to test gut my man, such is life.

The key is to eat as clean as possible and try to feed every 2 hours or so with clean protien and clean carbs.

Just remember, you can not build quality muscle, and not gain fat. I dont care what anyone says its not going to happen. Can you can muscle and stay lean, sure, but your not going to get big. FOOD is truly the best anabolic on the market. :)

Eat clean and use some arimidex or femara and you shouldn't have a problem with bloat/fat gain. I know guys who use tren in every cycle because it helps them stay lean even when bulking.
 
Drugs (AAS) don't make you fat or help much to lean you out. It's all about the diet! Why more people don't get that and think there is some miracle pill or injection out there I will never understand. Of course, it's this stupidity that makes supplement manufacturers wealthy, and 60% of the US public overweight.

Get a clue bro.

What exactly is the definition of "bulking?" Is there a minimum amount of lean body mass that has to be added over the course of a cycle in order for it to be a "bulking" cycle?

I have yet to cycle without adding lean mass and lowering bf%. Since the cycles I have run have all added mass, and lowered bodyfat, does this mean that they are termed "composition changing" cycles?

While I agree that diet is the determining factor in body composition, I'm not sure I agree with the idea that you can't add muscle without adding fat, or for that matter, reducing it.

It makes no sense to add fat during a cycle.

Everyone is different. Some people can't add muscle unless they eat a lot, but they also gain fat. Others want to add as much muscle as possible as quickly as possible, and this requires eating above and beyond maintenance calories.
 
guys i am goin to bulk again in the future but i will use tren or winstrol with the cycle to keep down the fat and keep lean. and im goin to eat lean thank you guys for your opinion. and i am 20 years old start working out since i was 16 so im still learning about the sport of bodybuilding.
 
Sorry but you still don't get it. Your first mistake is trying to use drugs to keep or make you lean. DIET and training are your problems. If you can't cut on test you have no clue.

tell us more about your stats and training experience so we can tell you what the culprit is. And i have to disagree to some extent that bulking means getting fat!

really what don't you get. keep lean from eating clean. neither tren or winny burns fat. you really have to do alot more research on this stuff. you need to really understand the basics of training and dieting before using drugs - u have no clue on either from what it looks like and u sure as hell have no clue about steroids.
 
I hate the word Bulk

Most people bulk to use it as an excuse to get sloppy with thier diets...there is no place in any bb'ers diet that is serious for burgers sweets ice creame fries pizza blah blah blah you can eat pretty clean and still bulk....
Count grams of protein not calories pump in the food 10 meals a day 4-5 shakes up the calories with flax or olive oils, eat complex proteins and carbs avoid alcohol sugary sodas and foods and fast foods...it doesn't hurt to eat a junk meal once in a while but making it a habit everyday leads to trouble...
