hey what's up guys? i'm about to do a dbol/deca/sust/winny cycle. i've done a few smaller cycles in the past year but i'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this cycle can produce a solid 20-25 lbs of mass if my diet and training are good. i gained 19 pounds on my first cycle, but lately it's always been 8-12 pounds. i'm 5'6 157lbs at the moment with around 12% bodyfat.
Also can anyone tell me how many grams of carbs i need. i'll be taking in around 250g protein each day.
