did you mess around with any gear while doing this?
absafuckinglutely

but still its hard to do

i started on var60mg/day( i played with the dosage) test p r o p 300mg/wk and eq

Bulking then cutting is the quicker, cheaper way; virtually all competitive body builders do it that way.

Men who don't compete and want to look hard and lean all year round take the lean gains route but the mass comes more slowly and you will spend more money on gear because of that.

i like to do a LONG bulker, then a short cutter, then a LONG bulker with a mini cutter in the end. thats what ive done each year for the last 4 or 5 years. i ran my long bulker about 6 months ago which was test deca for 14 weeks with abombs the first 5. just finished my short cutter about 2 months ago which was test p var and winnie for 6 weeks.
in april i start my long bulker/cutter, which im so excited about, which will be sust and eq for 16 weeks. with anavar the first 6 weeks, and winnie the last 8.

It depends on what is important to you.

If health is your concern, a slow body transformation is the best route.

If your wanting to do it quicker, like virtually all competitive bbers, youll wanna bulk and then cut. But i can promise you thats VERY unhealthy.

Think about it. Its not good for a body to go from 290lbs down to 240lbs in a matter of 2-3months. The faster you lose or gain weight, the harder it is for your body to cope.

Slow changes are the best changes.

I prefer a steady quality muscle building. There fluctuations in body fat through years and seasons. In regards to cycles, I insist there is no such thing as cutting cycle or bulking cycle; it might work for some, but at the end is all diet related.

I insist that there are cutting cycles though perhaps not "bulkers". As you say it is all diet related. I realize the purpose of aas is to build muscle. But I can take just enuf test to maintain a non-catabolic state, lose bf, and not put on muscle.
