Bulking and Cardio

I've been doing some low impact uphill cardio for about to 30min a few times a week after I lift. I was curious if that's ok as long as I take in a protein shake afterwards. Tonight I went to the gym and worked back and shoulders then did 30 min uphill cardio at 2.5 came home and had six eggwhites and an egg. Can you lose muscle doing uphill low impact? Can you lose muscle as long as you're taking in enough "clean food" calories with a lot of protein, minimal fat(38g) and about 120 carbs? Stats- 5'6" 140 last time I was measured I was 23%bodyfat. That was a few months ago.
