Bulkers Bacon Egg & Cheese on toaste

12 omega eggs fried
3 slices low sodium turkey bacon
6 slices low sodium ezekiel bread toasted.
3 slices kraft singles orange cheese


90g whole grain carbs
0 sugar
84g protein
55g fat


this is my favorite meal for taste and is verry adjustable for your needs. i make 3 sandwiches each sandwich has 2 pieces of toaste 4 eggs 1 slice ckeese 1 slice turkey bacon.

the book is perfect. it added some good tasting variety back into my diet. i have made every thing from it exept for the fish stuff. i dont do fish.

lol I don't mind if people post a few of my recipes. In fact I have found about 10-20 people on the web who have been adding my recipes to there diet blogs and recipe blogs/sites. Many of them give me credit when they do so.

That sucks you do not like fish. I was thinking of doing a whole chapter on just fish.

i leave it in. i have found the best way to bulk is to go all out high fat, protein, carbs, a good multi v, creatine and shit loads of water. if i am going to rapidly build muscle i am also going to rapidly build fat. the fat can be shed on a cut phase pre contest so i eat my ass off. i dont go as far as to eat shit like mcdonalds but i will buy a kashi whole grain pizza and throw a half a pound of ground beef on it and eat the whole thing. lol for me right now its all about size. when i walk out on that stage i want to be the bigges mf'er that ever did.

the more you eat and sleap the more you will grow wheather your on cycle or not.

its not that i dont like it i just dont grow well from it. i take fish oil every day. other than that its useless to me. maybe some roughy or something when im cutting i dont know. i will probably eat more chicken and egg whites though.

6ft 190lb i would like to think i eat a good amount at one time and i also eat 5 meals a day so i know i get everything i need each day but i mean damn i felt like a pussy being full after only 2

if you wanted to try eating more you could always add a meal or 2 and boost your digestion rate by eating the right stuff you meals digest faster.
