Bulk cycle and jump right into cutting

I know this guy that told me to do a 10 week bulk and right after no pct jump right into a 12 week cutt and do a long pct!? This dont make sence to me cause why not just bulk pct then cut pct but he says ill see better results and said take his word he did both and jumping in to cutting better! but it sounds bad idk what do you guys think? He might be a fuck tard im thinking ?

Really a 22 week cycle. Can it be done? Yeah but longer cycle = more risk of shutdown, more sides..

My normal protocol is to "bulk" the first half of a cycle and cut the last half when gains start stalling out, but 22 weeks is a little long if you are planning on doing a PCT IMO.

You would have to make sure and have PCT covered VERY well to recover after that. I would recommend the best PCT possible

Liquid Clomid 50/50/25/25 (AncillaryGuys // AG-Guys.com - The #1 online Natural Ancillary retailer!)
Formastanozol 5 pumps twice daily (MR Supps)
Test Stack 17 or PHYTOSERMS (see link below for info and discounts)
Ostarine 25mg per day (SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators)

That's how I do it, 1 long cycle.. bulking during the first part then cutting during the second. My cycle is for contest prep, but the same idea applies. You can only really "bulk" for 8-10 weeks before muscle gains start to stall out, so if you run a longer cycle, you should use the second duration to cut or recomp.

I'd keep your cycle to 16-20 weeks. Bulk for the first 7-8 weeks and then transition into your cut for the remainder. Then when you come off, make sure you have a full and thorough PCT.

Thats exactly right. Once myostatin becomes too high (around 8 weeks into a cycle) further muscle gain is greatly diminished and it makes sense to just switch gears and make fat loss more of a priority

I agree with Rick ^^^

But looking the way you look I would just run a real lean bulker. Try to add small amounts of mass without gaining too much body fat. I'd run compounds that will yield super clean gains. Primo, Var, low dose test, tren ect...
Think about it, if you bust your balls and gain 10 lb a year for a couple years....holy fuck. And you'll just look like a bigger version of what you are now. Guys that try and cycle and add 30 lb in 4 mos are just adding a little lean mass and a bunch of water and fat.

^^^^ Dead on....I've had more "you look bigger" comments when I'm lean and defined than @ any other time

+1

A 10 week cycle of prop is plenty of time to shift gears. Tbol kick start proviron/winny finisher. Adjust diet and routine accordingly.

Now granted I would love to be at the OP's BF% but for the amount of work it would require I would rather be 12-15% and 50 lb larger.

Bottom line OP, don't listen to guys at the gym or "a buddy of mine". Some guys have no issue bulking to 16-18% and adding 50 lb then cutting back to 7-8% or lower if they compete. But its tons of work. You would be better served just slowly building on what you have and trying to not go above 10% in your bulk phase.
I don't know how you train but make sure you are doing squats...real fucking squats....wide stance Louie Simmons style, box squats, ect....Big deads too. That shit packs on mass.
