Building the logic of a new cycle and looking for feedback

I'm 37. 6'2, about 235, weak four pack.

Did on average two-three cycles per year in my 20s (and weighed about 255-260 with a better 4pack) but with the exception on a test/deca/dbol classic the PCT of which finished in, I think, January, have not done anything for about five years--marriage, two kids, better job--just couldn't do the other stuff to justify gear because the rest of my training house, resting, diet house wasn't in order. Last two years gve been better.

Looking at a longer cycle that will give me quality and strength.

The dosages I am really going to have to research again, but here's what I'm thinking:

Test cyp at 500 mg 1-10
Equipoise at, what, 600 mg 1-14
T-bol at maybe 40 mg 1-4
Nandrolone phenyl week 1-10

Starting week 11:
Prop, masteron and tren A at 50 mg each EOD (ultradex 150 mix)

PCT of course.

I have a healthy respect for tren and some history of insomnia with it. Ambien or sonata will be necessary and I don't want to get hooked on sleeping pills.

All thoughts welcome!
