How did you use it?
I was taking 800mg of bulk PSlin with my pre workout meal. I tried it with oats, rice, sweet potatoes, and malto/dextrose. I could not get it to work the way the "Good Bros" on the AM forum said it would. NO extra pump or endurance. In fact it gave me the shits, or maybe it was the ridiculous amount of carbs they recommended to take with it.
I'm not a fan of the suggested use... unless it's implemented during bulking.
I use it for my re-feeds, re-growth phase of my cutting diet.
To start my carb up, I take 1 p-slin, 1 AP post workout... Then 150g carbs post workout.
Then 1 ap prior to every carbo meal. P-slin twice per day on carb load.
So I may be eating 1300g carbs over 30 hours. Which would equate to 4 P-slin and 9 anabolic pump. Basically one pill per 100g carbs.
Then on the re-growth phase 1-2 days... Pslin in morning, AP 3 times throughout day...
I use the combo to: increase/activate glut4 in muscle cells, decrease insulin production slightly, aid in mass glycogen synthesis over 1-3 days, keep glut4 deactivated in fat cells/inhibit glucose uptake in fat cells.
So far so good.
Also, kept me from getting really bloated and gassy during the massive carb load.
