Ignoring her wont work...
Ignoring her wont work, here's why:
She's in your head big time, as you've posted to this board. Her responses affect you in a major way, as the little things you've done and how she's reacted stays in your head.
And you're obviously in her head big time since she feels the need to bring you into the conversation, even when you're not part of the conversation, just to give you attention, hoping that you'll give her some sort of reaction.
Fact is, she wants your attention because she does think you're hot, and prolly wants to bang you. You were probably too nice to ask her out one on one... maybe inviting her to go to a bar with some of her friends and some of your friends is the key... Dance with her, get close, she may let her friends leave and you can take it from there... You'll find out what her intentions are pretty quick.
But you'll find out nothing by trying to get her pissed off by being a smart ass, the same way that she's not gaining ground on YOU by HER being a smart ass.
My advice - invite her out with some friends - not a DATE, just for some drinks - see what happens.

This would be good advice if the bitch wasn't so immature. She sounds like a fifth grader.
Str8Cubano, she needs to be put in her place and you need to take control and be firm in the situation and that you take shit from no one. Then go look somewhere else. Tell her to go wise up and you go out with girls of a higher maturity level.
If you screw her and then not talk to her again, she will probably be a psycho. If you start going out with her, could you imagine the games this worthless bitch would play? And mess around with other guys? This chick is bad news anyway you look at it.

bro good advice, but I already did that...i didn't want to take up the whole thread explaining in detail, but one time i did just that. I invited her to bring her freinds to this club, so we could meet up. Then she was like, oh , i'll get back to you on that, my plans for the weekend aren't final. Then something stupid happened durning the week, that got her in a bad mood. So for one day we didn't talk much, and it was something so stupid, but you could tell she was in a bad mood. Then friday came, and since no one mentioned about the weekend or the club, i guess she figured that she was embarrassed to remind me about the weekend, and i was kinda pissed too cause she was giving me attitude so i didin't bring it up, and we never brought it up again. So i figured that it was a misunderstanding, and i didn't want to wait antoher freaking month to do the same thing...
so i just figured that by asking her str8 out i would get a st8 answer. and i did. If she was a mature girl, and a girl i would actually be serious with, she wouldn't have answered me with that fucking response...nor would she flirt with me like a slut. so i would have rather known now than later..im 22, don't have time for that bullshit anymore..i hate games

I wouldn't even tell her to fuck off. I was in a very similar situation, and finally I just completely ignored her. When she came near my group of friends I would leave, if she tryed to talk to me I wouldn't even make eye contact with her. But I did it in a way where I was always smiling, and basically showing her that I didn't give a fuck.

Start taking an interest in another woman at work, even if it's just as a friend, and be polite but otherwise disinterested in psycho bitch. Two can play at their little mind games. By talking to another woman, you'll feel better, the other woman will feel better and the psycho bitch will come crawling back to you.
