Bridging, need straight answers

Upon searching this site I've fought several conflicting issues about bridging. One suggest 10mg of D-bol/ed, another 200mg of EQ/wk, and 250mg of test/wk. Which one is the best?

As a follow up question, would I need an anti-e's or would the clomid be good enough?
 
I wouldn't bridge period, the point of coming off is to let your hormones return to a normal level before hitting another cycle. I've never seen someone do a dbol bridge without still being suppressed after it was done.

Word- but if you bridge the 10mg of dbol in the AM would be least suppressive of all the options you metioned. Primo or anavar would be the best choice though IMO.
 
Here are my number one choices for Bridging...

Clen, Slin/GH, Pgf2a ... they are non-anabolics.

Also, anavar in limited dosages has been shown to not effect hormone production... there are some people who notice this effect with higher dosages (40-50mg) as well.

Ok, this is my theory on bridging.......no matter what, you will not bring your HPTA levels back to full recovery while on ANYTHING regardless to the dosages but they will recover a little over 50%....The whole point of a bridge in my perspective is to hold your gains from a previous cycle for what ever specific reason and then GET OFF totally... for example, i am cycling now and by time its over I am living in cali for 3 months so I am bridging to hold my gains the whle summer.....this is the best bridge you can do!!!! just do it and print this out!!!!

10mgs of Dball (8 weeks)
20mgs of anavar (12 weeks)
Clen/NYC (12 weeks)
Kynosyleen ( 12 weeks)
 
Like Paulos I wouldnt bridge. You must rest your body of AAS. Use a post cycle teraphy (HCG and Clomid ) to restore your normal hormonal. All AAS supress your test level in different grades, and the gear that you specify are good in this ( suppress your test level )
 
The only true bridge is one that will allow your HPTA to fully recover while maintaining LBM.

This is most definately possible!

Slin and GH are the only 2 that will allow for that to happen.

Stay away from all gear while bridging! Even 5-7ius of slin post work out will work wonders!

If you can afford 2-3ius of GH, even better as you wont put on any fat!
