Bridging, need straight answers

Slin and GH are the only 2 that will allow for that to happen.

Stay away from all gear while bridging! Even 5-7ius of slin post work out will work wonders!

If you can afford 2-3ius of GH, even better as you wont put on any fat!

I'm going to go with 10iu's of slin 2x a day. I have a very clean diet, but do I need to do heavy cardio to keep the fat away? (suggestions!?)

Also, which is better, complex or simple carbs when dealing with slin?
 
What type of slin? Id do complex carbs as they breakdown more slowly and reduce the chance of a hypo incident.

I wouldn't bridge period, the point of coming off is to let your hormones return to a normal level before hitting another cycle. I've never seen someone do a dbol bridge without still being suppressed after it was done.
