No, BRIDGE will be non suppressive. It's designed to maintain gains and the feeling that you're still "on" while recovering. In this way, when you do go back on, your receptors are fresh and can expect even better gains.

As for preventing HPTA shutdown, hey, if I could do that I wouldn't be hanging out HERE. j/k! Wouldn't THAT be great. Well, if you keep cycles short, don;t go crazy with more suppressive compounds and use ON-GUARD, at least it won;t be quite as bed.

As for ingredients, I can't give them all, but among them is Carao which increases blood volume.

Another is Fadogia -- which will also be in HCGenerate, though it'll only be one of the ingredients in BRIDGE and HCGenerate will have a higher dose.

Phospgtydl Serine which prevents catabolism.

Alpha GPC which increases exercise induced GH. So if you train hard, you'll realese MORE gh. Not a bogus GH elevator. Sorry, ya still gotta SQUAT! lol

EGCG--increase cardiac output and fat metabolism without stimulation. When combined with Carao the pumps are insane!

Also, hormone regulators and the best libido boosters.

And a few other goodies. All good.

Great product. I have experience using carao from "Vigor". I personally had good results. Always wanted to stack Vigor with amp02 but lost the chance. Now I guess Bridge and amp02 would create some nasty painful pumps. lol
