Brett feldman vs. Mr. Teen Indiana aka Deca 19

I don't get how he's eight weeks out but you're 12 weeks out.

What, do you guys live on different planets or something?

lol

he's 8 wks. out from the phillidelfia show, we both are 12 wks out from nationals, look at the website of Kraig and it will tell what he's 8 wks. out from.

Put a tan and some oil on the guy and he may give you a run for the money, he presents a different choice in terms of asthetics, at a teen show they may prefer a more natural appearance as opposed to roided out professional look.

i doubt it man

go to www.usamuscle.com and check out last yrs. winner Jason Crole, he definatly didn't have the natural look, So u think i look roided out uh. thats what i was going for thanks, why wouldn't they want the professinal look, thats what everybody is shooting for , this is the NPC teenage/colliegate Nationals. not some bullshit natural show. People don't give a shit about the natural shows, people wanna see the freaks.

You're at 5% twelve weeks out?

Is that wise?

Post a pic of you in your current condition. That will help all of us give you better feedback. However, I can say for certain that 5% is no joke, and holding that for twelve weeks is hard on your body.

I would think that 7% would make all the difference right now. You can get from 7% to 3% (competition) in one month, easily and safely. Also, at 7% you can still grow a little, plus your risk of injury is much less than it is at 5%. Those few pounds make a LOT of difference.

i agree....if you are really 5% then it would be hard to keep mass for 12 weeks at that bodyfat. i want to see pics of your current shape too.

dude, last year's winner was a lightweight, how often do you see that at a pro show? yes, you appear to have more muscle maturity but also a somewhat artificial look, there is more mass in your back and thighs but as a result they overwelm your delts and calfs - giving you a blocky appearance, where your bro is more the steve reeves/zane type. its just a different choice that's all, but keep in mind based on last year's result it seems they want a nice proportion.

I would put less emphasis on the big bodyparts, cutting back on the heavy work you devote to them (which will allow them to get sharper and better etched so your thighs are carved vs. smooth) As far as bringing up your weak points it is probably too late for that, but let the mass areas come back into proportion, and be sure they are sharp as hell. perhaps if you relax the diet, and put less exertion on the big body parts, maybe you can get some focused growth in the weaker areas as you have plenty of time yet. at this point it is as much about creating the illusion as anything.

it isnt a pro show. and that guy should have won, rips everywhere. and yes you have the artificial look, you look like you are holding tons of water even on stage.
