Breast Implants

I want to clear this up before I get started, I am a guy. I know I’m not suppose to be on this board but I think the women of EF are going to be my best bet for advise here…My girlfriend wants to get implants. She is at the very beginning of this process and I wanted a little help from you guys. (This was entirely her decision, I saw her for the first time in a couple weeks and she brought it up.) I have had another friend who got implants, but I have never touched them …

1. Does a saline implant actually feel like a normal breast – can you tell the difference?

2. Does the size change the feel?

3. Can you feel a difference whether it is above/below the muscle?

4. Any tips for her?

5. If any members have been through this surgery, could a couple of you PM me so I can ask you a few other questions?

1. Does a saline implant actually feel like a normal breast – can you tell the difference?

---- I have saline implants and my breasts feel completely natural. The only time you feel the implant is if you're sqeezing really hard, like after you have the surgery and have to squeeze the implant to break up any capsular contraction at the micro level.

2. Does the size change the feel?

--- Depends, if she has some boob tissue to begin with than i don't believe it will...however if she's real flat and goes with a big implant it will feel really tight and look stuck on.

3. Can you feel a difference whether it is above/below the muscle?
---- I have above the muscle b/c i lift weights, girls that get it below the muscle may see the muscle/implant contract when you do chest presses and other chest routines - not exactly my cup of tea.

4. Any tips for her?

---- Go to a GOOD DOCTOR!!! I had mine done transambillically - which means through the bellybutton, this way i have NO SCARS!!!! Check out www.breastimplants4you.com
