Breast Augmentation - Diet and Training

Hi Guys - Firstly want to say what a fantastic forum this is, first time on here and I apologise for this question as I know there is a lot of info around regarding breast augmentation however I have a few specifics.
I am due to have the op in a few weeks, I have two figure bodybuilding shows to do before them (I'm in Australia). I am going under the muscle as I have no breast tissue my main issues are obviously not training and how my mind is going to cope but I've done the research and know everyone is different and that I cant rush back in to things, what I havent been able to find is what kind of diet people have followed post op bearing in mind I've or am dieting for comps right at the moment then I'll have a week from my last comp to the op, so the question really is what type of diet did you follow to try and keep in the best shape whilst you cant train.
At the moment my comp diet is high protein, high fat and very low carbs my body doesnt do well on heaps of carbs.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When I did my surgery I was dieting very similar to contest mood low carbs. After surgery I added some carbs back in but it was not a ton 30% my protein was at 40% and fat 30% i ate maintinace calories. I did try to get my carbs from mostly vegtable sources some oats in the A.M. I had a cut off point no carbs after 6. I was able to start light cardio 2 weeks post opp just walking mostly but that helped tons I am sure, I did go over the muscle most Dr. don't want to cut into a BB thick muscle as the healing takes much longer. I had a gf not a BB just normal gal get hers under the muscle she had a hard time doing simple things like opening doors even 2 weeks post op. Also she had muscle spams which i have heard from a number of girls that went under the muscle.

This is not my realm of knowledge, although I'd love the ladies to be bigger.... just wanted to welcome you to EF!! :)

Thanks guys - yeah I'd love to go over the muscle but I'm totally flat chested (esp now I'm so close to comps) so I have no choice. I've read quite a bit on other forums re the pain and the restrictions etc cant say I'm ready or prepared for it all but I"m not fooling myself that I'm gonna spring back in a couple of days, I think with most things in life if you want something you just take on whatever happens and deal with it.
Thanks for the info regarding diet.

i am over, so mine was a quick recovery. i think its safe to say 4-6 weeks. overhead work at least 6.
