Scrap the Pills mate...there is fuck all flax in em if i recall correctally
well i suppose it depends on how many you take, but i think 1 tablet contains about 1000mg (1g) of Flax oil
Most people take about 15 - 20g in a serving, so you are gonna end up taking a lot of damn pills to get that amout.. and also waste a lot of hard earnt cash

flax seed
i use whole seed i have a small container that fits on my blender i grind them in water let the soak over nite in water put in protein shake. if you use them to cook u destroy the omega fat acids. the seeds are really good for skin. caution natural laxative start slowly.

You put flax oil in your eggs and then ate it! Afterwards when you realized how horrible it was, you STILL are it. You sir, are a soldier! Good job, and thanks for letting others learn from your mistake!
