I like to take flax seeds, add raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds, brown sesame seeds in a 70-10-10-10 ratio and using a coffee bean type grinder, grind them up into a fine powder and add it to my protein shake. This does two things for you, it gives you flax seed which when ground up is activated to be utilized by the body and the combination with the other seeds gives you some good omega stuff. I like to put 50 gram of good quality protein powder with a couple ounces of blueberries, blender it, throw in the ground up seed combo and I have a healthy and nutritious breakfast that carries me all morning.
