break after cycle

im about to finish a deca sus cycle in a couple weeks...is it smart to take a week off after ur done? i know that the aas levels will still be high and there will be anticatabolic effects...but will i lose anything from doing this??? i seriously think i need a break...

Ok, maybe I'm confused... but are you talking about taking time off from AS or from the gym? The general rule with AS is time on = time off. As for the gym, that's a personal thing. I usually take 1 wk off every 2-3 months. Depends on how my body is handling training...
