This is my plan so far, let me know what you think:
Workout-
Mon: leg extensions 5 sets x 22 reps 36 lbs.
Tues: high rep flyes, concentration curls, and jumping jacks
Wed.: rest
Thurs: run around track and do some stretches, then hit it hard with high rep dumbell one leg calf raises. (only have the rubber coated pink ones, but I'm doing one leg at a time, so 2.5 lbs should be enough, right?)
Fri: off
repeat
Cycle: (I'm a little new at this, so I need you to tell me everything you can!)
winny: I've got a source for winny, so I think I will drink that everyday in my latte
synthol: I can't afford it, so I will be using motor oil instead. Hope I don't die!
Also, I've been injecting the motor oil directly into my anus. Is it supposed to hurt so bad? Geez, if I've got to do this everyday, I don't know if I want to be a bodybuilder afterall! But, like they say, no pain no gains! Right? Yeah, time to get my swole on!

My 1st bit of advice to about 75% of this board is to cut your mgs by 50% and spend that extra cash on some nice clothes, a nice haircut, and some nice smelling cologne. Your chick magnet factor will double immediately. If a girl reads this post I'm sure she'll back me up on this.
I'm still amazed by the # of newbs that think they need 1000mgs+/wk minimum to grow. What a waste. I grew on 200-500 mgs/wk for years.
