BPH? prostatitis? WTF??

And to elaborate on the gatorade thing, I'm sure your referring to its sugar content..... I do sneak some sugar here and there some days yes some days no. But its because I have a terrible sweet tooth. I always have. I don't go nuts, just few dark choc chips here or there....or a small pouch of gummy fruit snacks..(11g sugar) ....I don't go ape shit.

Also bro IIRC from our conversations I was actually having the opposite effect you were from the peptides....mine were giving me low blood sugar. Which obviously is an issue too ofcourse and why I stopped. Based on your thoughts though Im going to start monitoring my glucose the next few days regularly and make sure its gone back to normal as it feels it has. Im not getting that tingling in my temple anymore which i was when i was walking around with a blood sugar of 64 but didnt feel hypo. So thats good.

When i have a sweet attack and its not too often i'll have 2 slices of wheat bread with Peanut butter & honey. This doesn't bother my Blood Sugar like everything else does.
If it stays normal 80-100 the next couple of days you'll be fine, refrain from sweets until you know for sure.

With low blood sugar though wouldnt I want to eat a glucose tab or something to bring it back up where it should be? I have no issues avoiding sugar for a few days but I should eat as needed (glucose or whatever) to keep the level normal right?

Your pitutary gland should be handling that, you should be getting a rise in blood sugar after eating. If you're not loosing weight you should be fine however net time you're due a checkup discuss this with your Dr. and have some bloodwork done to see if there are any abnormalities.

Im not sure if I'm losing weight or not. Im kinda trying to recomp but I havnt been on a scale in 2 mos. I decided to stop OCD'ing about the scale and use the mirror.
With all the water I have been pissing out I have to believe I have lost some H2O weight at least.

Ok Radar....you have a PM coming....

and since you freaked me out I had to run home and grab my glucose monitor. I ate 1hr 50 min ago...1 cup of oats, and a big shake with egg whites and whey and almond milk.
My level was fucking 73!!! My normal is 88-93.

Lol you fine bro thats normal and it changes when you eat your good

Well im hoping all is fine. 73 is low normal but its definatley way low for me personally. I just ate 20 min ago and its 81 now which still is about 10 points low from my average normal.
I was wondering if after stopping peptides if I would get some kind of pituitary backlash or effects ect...for a bit.

I really think its just some slight prostate enlargement. Especially since I have experienced it before.

Just an update if anyone was tuned in....

It had to be a little BPH like I had in 09'. After about 2 weeks of hammering the saw palmetto im back to normal now. last two nights I havnt even gotten up to piss once and i have been drinking more water too. Plus I'm not pissing 5000 times during the day either.

Maybe peptides not enough study to know but yea 70-80 seems low if u just ate 20min ago

I would keep drinking lots of water. May be a good time for a PSA test and a digital prostate exam.
