BP high - please help.

BP was 140 / 85 .................... 2 weeks ago.

Took first shot of Omna 250 this morning about 6 hours ago. First Cycle.

BP is now 164 / 94 .........

I know this is high, but is it expected ? I've been anxious and worried all day. Wondered if this could be the main reason, or is it a combo of both ?

I think the panic is over. Just did BP again 30 mins later, Now it says 147 / 78 ........ WTF.. ?

I'm gonna stay away from this dam machine I think
