Hello,

I found a new diet to make you lose weight fast with minimul muscel loss it is what boxers use to drop a weight class . here is ther dirctions.

you will need:

.6 organicly grown lemons
.cyanne pepper
.grade b maple seryed allnatural 100 percent (must be grade B 100% pure or you will... well DIE!!! so dont screw up)

this mix should last for about 5 days you will need top make more wiht those iongrediants but this stuff can sustain you for about 40 days ok here is how it gose you juce the lemons the put about 300 ml of maple syrip (grape B)the add as much cyanne pepper as you want then mix it and store in a thermus

Warning!!! DO not drink this mix straight Warning!!!
you mush dilute it in a ratio of 2 to 1 (2 Parts water 1 part solution)
you must drink this solution about every 2 hours ot must me be 2 to 1 ditution ok and you can survive by only drinking this for no more that 40 days i have tryed it for 8 days and you can shead some pounds with minimul mecel loss

WARNING (DO NOT TRY THIS DIET UNLESS YOU CONSULT A DOCTOR)

You are going to get into a whole mess of trouble if you start looking for 'fad' diets to achieve your goals. All you need is normal, quality food and a structured eating and exercise plan. There are no secrets. It is just information, commitment, and hard work. Anything else and you will just be subjecting your body to an unhealthy yo-yo routine and wasting your time.

Yah, he's right.
It's the Grade A stuff that kills you.
And the Grade C gives you the runs. :D

Sorry dude, couldn't resist.
Nice to hear you are not going to use it.

Asynchronouse, I hope you know that I wasn't being serious before about the Grade A,B,C stuff. I guess my sense of humour doesn't translate very well. This time I will be serious.

The 'Boxer's Diet' (a.k.a: lemon juice diet, master cleanse) you have mentioned is not a diet. It is, infact, a cleansing routine used in conjuntion with a 10 to 40 day fast.

Consuming cayenne, even in small doses, can cause burning of the mouth and throat. It is also an extreme irritant to the GI tract. Anyone with ulcers, heartburn or gastritis should avoid cayenne.

Lemon juice will act as a loosening agent (laxative).

The syrup is used to provide a source of extremely limited calories. (105 calories (2 tablespoons) per day)

While a short-term fast (4 days maximum) may have certain benefits to some people, long-term fasts as outined with this 'cleansing' are not recommended. Especially without the supervision of a physician.

Possible side effects:
  • dehydration (sometimes severe)
  • diarrhoea
  • dizzyness
  • headaches
  • anxiety attacks
  • extreme weight loss
  • lower body temperature
  • lower blood pressure
  • reduced or rapid heart rate
  • difficulty breathing
  • gallstones
  • potassium deficency
  • heart arrhythmia
  • build-up of keytones
  • kidney failure (long fasts)
  • extreme lethargy
  • nausea / vomiting
  • rare enzyme deficiency (MCAD) leading to an inability to process fatty acids
  • insomnia
  • coated tongue
  • increased body odour
  • increased discharge from mucous membranes
  • skin rashes
  • gout

While it is great that you are looking at various sources of information on nutrition/diets, this course of action (fasts) is something you do not need. The information I and others gave you at this link Getting Started is all you need to concentrate on for now. You don't need to seek-out other people's diets in order to make them your own. Just spend seven days keeping track of what you currently eat and then have a look at the foods you can eliminate and or replace with better choices. It really isn't that difficult if you spend some time at at and there are lots of people here who will help you along the way. Also, these seven days will tell you and everyone else just how committed you are to changing your physique. If you can't give us seven days then we will know you weren't serious.
