on the ground hes done and he should not do it ...

I think that mayweather as far as boxing is top 10 of all time

Ouch! Of all time, no way. He's got no balls! He takes no risks. I would prefer to watch gatti, emanuel agustus, joshua clottey, ect... any day over floyd. He is great at avoiding being hit, but it is entertainment, and he's yet to get that part down. RIP Chico

thats why hes so PRETTY because his father and Uncle taught him how to be defensive and protect themselves ect...

he is undefeated and the best until someone can beat him....he just proved that by beating HOya ...now hes the best boxer of this era

Also, I see your side on the show biz part-

could anybody give this guy a workout programme?

Run every day - one mile per minute you want to go in a round
Heavy Bag - should be 3 to 5 min non stop - + warm up shadow boxing
jump rope - alot (start out 5 min or so and work up to 20 min at a time, then change up the foot work)
ab workouts - variety but focus on toughening up the abs (you can train your abs to endure hits but not your head) they should be a wall of muscle protecting your organs
and train with weights - throw punches with dumbells ect... like this ::: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson80.htm

hope that helps

Good post Bro. Can you do a workout like that say 1 or 2 rimes a week and still lift heavy in the gym? In otherwords, is boxing and bulking compatable?

200 gram prot a day and I eat cleaN AND drink water non stop

Depends on your body and goals. How does cardio and intensity affect your bulking? The heavy weights stay heavy when they train right? So I would imagine as long as you are not trying to cut and bulk at the same time... How often you train is up to you and how you recover - just keep in mind that conditioning your body takes time. So you might have to work this into your routine.

The idea is conditioning, strength, and more endurance than your competetion. alot of the exercises are meant to build muscle; power, speed and explosive strenght - fast twitch muscle fibers...

i have been training any in many ways for years and I have built a great OVERALL body of fitnes. Im no monster but I am tip top shape all year round.

Look up german volume training, shock workouts, ect... changing up the work out will only help shape, tone, and shock the mucle and making IT grow and build new fibers

Boxing: I was reading some workouts and they have some good books at amazon.com (plug) lol

I bodybuild, box, run, light AND heavy weights

Hit the bag hands taped 3-4 mins , hit light and warm up,
I use the jump rope alot to

Then do heavy bag and HEAVY gloves and give that bag hell and when you have had enough you will KNOW IT! Jump rope till it hurts and master that...jumproping and boxing the bag are great

Final: From what I can tell you need to spar and fight others in practice fights so you can counter punches , be hit, take that hit, work your feet better, and go through your ring routine and combos ect...

Hope this helps: also bodybuilding.com
amazon.com (books and tons of them about this)
