GOAL - recover quicker, train harder, be more active during summer, happy with my bodyfat I can maintain this year round and feel really good

EXPERIENCE - 2 x 10 week cycle of test enanthate mon/thur when i was 21 and 22

STATS - 27 years old, 78kg, 10-12% bodyfat.

TRAINING - Jog 5-6 times a week in the morning 3miles/5km, train boxing in the evening which varies from conditioning/strength/skill/core/plyometrics

CYCLE -
test cyp 1 to 16 250mg ew
eq 1 to 16 600mg ew
var 3 to 16 40mg ed

During Cycle
arimadex 1 to 16 0.5mg ed
hcg 1 to 14 250iu x 2

PCT
start week 18
nolvadex 20/20/20/10
clomid 50/50/50/25

Just curious what you guys think I should tweak, to put the finishing touches onto this stack?
 
13 weeks is a long time for an oral.

16 weeks is on the longer end of the spectrum for a cycle.

Pct looks good.
 
Yeah way too long for the var, but nice cycle otherwise...

Cut the var back and ya got yourself a good run...

See how you do at 250 test however if you loose your sex drive or have any sides, then I would up my test to 400 or 500 . Your PCT is weak and if you follow that , you will loose your gains after you come off. Try this PCT for maximum gains during and after your cycle.Get some N2GUARD and HCGENERATE while on, UNLEASEHED and POST CYCLE for PCT and BRIDGE for afterwards. Try Need To Build Muscle for these products. The N2guard and Hcgenerate will keep your test levels up and keep you nice and plump while on . The Unleashed , Post Cycle and Bridge will make your recovery 100 times better when you come off than your PCT. Best of luck to you

I train in MMA and cycle and with all that you are going to add bulk and water retention and possible fatigue due to muscle pumps. You need to tone that way down. I would suggest ditch the eq and just go with test and var. Also reduce the var to 8 weeks max. Then get N2guard to protec liver etc. Also run HCG or HCGenerate while on cycle.

week 1-10 250 or 500mg Test weekly
week 3-10 40-60mg Var daily

week 1-10 250iu twice a week
week 1-10 arimadex 0.5mg daily

PCT
Start depending which test I take, will run for 4 weeks
Will do the PCT recommended above


When I took enanthate I got massive water retention in my face, So im deciding between prop or cyp...

Ill probably choose prop and go with EOD, I enjoy pain
 
I think even that much var is gonna mess you up with pumps.

id go w/ test 300 and eq at 300.

or even just test at like 350. you stated nice simple goals so no need for a complex cycle.

If you REALLY wanna do var start at 20mg and go up slowly but 20-30mg should be good.

It sux trying to run or train and getting super pumped up and having to stop.
