Bout my damn luck

my freakinher mouse goes out... i have two other here and none work.. I suck at this key pad thing so it takes me forever to scroll up or down, when i finally get it the screen just keeps going and going then i have to stop it and go up or down and then again it goes and goes


FUCKITY FUCK..

The whole time im typing im hitting the little button and the screen jumps or the curser moves and i have to stop and go find it.. back space or delete.. and start over.

I suck at this laptop.

i kept going up and down, up and down and couldn't get that damn cursor thing to work with me. I'm about to go shopping, or throw the fucking laptop against the wall.

you cant get much simpler than a touchpad, I love it.
And to read threads its alot easier to just hit the space bar to page down, fine tune the adjustment of the scrolling with the up/down keys. Once you are used to it its preferable and faster

you cant get much simpler than a touchpad, I love it.

I guess i need to fine tune all of that and get used to it, been having the laptop for some time but always used the mouse instead of the touch pad. Even when i'd use the laptop on jobs at work, i'd use the mouse because its just easier IMO for doing the cad work and moving lines and such.

Now i have no choice but to get used to it

oh yeah, Cad work you need the fine movements of a good mouse for sure, thats hard work, the touchpad would suck monkey balls for that but for a laptop its alot easier I think without having a place to put a mouse pad for general surfing and chat and wifi you can carry your laptop anywhere in the house and surf, coffee table, couch, table etc... without a mouse its easier, just open and go

I agree, I've just been to lazy to get used to the touch pad so far, now i have to at least for just basic surfing.

I love the mobility of the laptop but i just don't take advantage of it.. prolly because out here in the country getting a wireless connection is like asking JA to trim that hair.. it's not happening anytime soon.. LOL. I'm still stuck on dial up unless I opt to go satellite, which really isn't that much better when we get this sucky weather.

I'm sure somewhere on here i can mess with the settings of the scroll, etc? Right? I hate the fact that when im typing I accidently bump the pad and the curser goes jumping all over.. so i end up having to lock it most of the time, or just type slower.
