You should be winding down about know? How much weight you put on? I think you were 205 when we lifted last.

Click to expand... 210-212 right now staying lean thinking about some test and prim.o next time around what i like about this e.q is i filled out and didn't get bloated good lean mass all around...i wish i took pre bf% readings strength is getting up there as well i think i did 225 about 8 times with you? i did 265 8 times 2 weeks ago i have 4 weeks left until pc.t
