Most pro athletes that I know use MEGA doses of AAS and they actually HELP with injuries. In fact...they HEAL injuries...not cause them.
Causing the injuries are often the hard training schedules and the focus on power (be it in the gym, in conditioning and training, etc...).
If All it took to be the best was taking more AAS than the other person...the man with the most guts and money would be the champion. This, simply is not the case.
