Whats up with your avatar? You must be a trans.
SoreArms said:Fuck steroids Barry
Look, the BALCO guy pointed him and several other players out. Will they be able to prove that he took the steroids, probably not but it will be a stigma that will stick with him the rest of his career and then some.
I hope he breaks a leg and ends his career early.

Atomic Punk said:If you have any dedication, and can stay dedicated as long as some guys here have, I GUARANTEE you will eventually come to the crossroads of Steroid use. Come back then when you want help on the topic. I hope for your sake, that the first person to answer your Thread doesn't give YOU the same uneducated attitude then, as you are portraying right now.
Atomic Punk said:So because this BALCO fuckstain says so, you brand the man as GUILTY? Would you like the same treatment if you were accused of something? FUCK NO.

Of course, they will deny and it will be difficult if not impossible to prove.

Taps said:Not to be a stick in the mud, but MLB has (I assume) rules against using steriods. There's nothing wrong with it, imo, but if Bonds is juicing that amounts to cheating and is very un-sportsmanlike.
b fold the truth said:They have rules against it?
I think that they do now...and it is slightly above a slap on the wrist.
I don't believe that they tested or anything last year or the years before that. I may be wrong though...I don't know much about baseball.

Sh4dowF4lcon said:I dont care if he gets banned or not, but I think it is obvious he did juice. I honestly wouldn't give 2 shits if he was on juice or not on juice. I think it is pretty clear he was involved with steroids in some shape or form. Now do I care? No, but I think he has been juicing. Shouldn't call SolidG a retard just for stating his opinion. He is allowed to hate Bonds and this is a chat board afterall.

The Shadow said:CLint is correct.
They have tested for years.
THG was NOT on the list at that time.
SO now they are going back to re-test Bonds samples to see if thg was present.
You cant retro-actively enforce a new standard.
The_Eviscerator said:B True... you are right. There was no testing for steroids, but they still have not worked out the details as to how they are going to administer the testing. The players association is fighting it all the way.
Honestly, if Bonds juiced, it does not sully his achievements in my eyes. He is an incredible talent. If he was on a constant cycle his injuries would have mounted by now and he would be retired. Steroids are really not that beneficial to a baseball player for the long haul. It may give you a Caminiti like MVP year, but look at the price he paid. He was a physical wreck after that year of constant AAS use and retired shortly after.
No matter how much someone juices it does not make you have the patience to walk 200 times a year.

b fold the truth said:Most pro athletes that I know use MEGA doses of AAS and they actually HELP with injuries. In fact...they HEAL injuries...not cause them.
Causing the injuries are often the hard training schedules and the focus on power (be it in the gym, in conditioning and training, etc...).
If All it took to be the best was taking more AAS than the other person...the man with the most guts and money would be the champion. This, simply is not the case.
