Bodyfat Tested Again

Today, Feb 1st I am at 8.9% @ 126lbs, Jan 3rd I was at 11.5% @ 131lbs. That means basically I have lost 5lbs total, and lost 2.6% bodyfat. Before my lean body mass was at 116lbs, now it's at 115lbs, so looks like I have lost 1 pound of muscle and lost 4 pounds of fat in the last month. I am currently on 10mg anavar a day, and drink 2 gallons of water a day, and take creatine with that. Havn't cheated on the diet once :) I can't believe I am in single digits, that's so cool :) Okay, Just had to share :) :) :)
 
Brickgirl - Im so happy for you :) I know how good it must feel.....have you changed your diet since the last time you posted, added any cardio since? Honestly - I really thought the numbers would start slowing down b/c your body (metabolism) would just adjust..but you must be doing everything right!! Congrats!! I envy your discipline w/your diet!!!! Your show isnt until May right? What are your plans till then?
 
Plans are to maintain what I got, still no cardio at all and diet is identical, nothing has changed, just my body :)
 
Motivation for me too! I"ve got a shit load to lose by Aug -- i'll be interested to see how you are maintaining for 3-4 months! WOW!

when you competing???

i am down like 1% and 5 lbs from when i started 2 weeks ago, but i haven't even started cardio yet.. i am holding off for a little while.. i want to preserve as much muscle as i can!!

one of 2 things...your BF% calculations are WAY OFF (post some pics we can tell you if its accurate).. or #2 you are that lean and will suffer muscle loss if you continue at this rate, since you arent even dieting for the show yet or are you?? and if you are you will peak WAYYYYY too soon and mess up your condition at the show...i really need to see some pics of what this 8.9% BF looks like.
 
Gasp! :) well, this is my first time to ever diet down, so he wants to make sure that everything goes okay and I don't get into a bind, he wants to see how my body reacts to this, he said I am leaning out a lot faster than he thought I would, which is good, that gives me time to stay at this level fora while, I'm not doing anything special right now, just changed my diet up and cut out the cardio and the weight dropped, I think I have gained .6lbs of muscle and lost 27 lbs. So muscle preservation is doing great right now. I will post some pics I took yesterday, I will email my friend that posted last time and see if she will post them on this thread :) maybe the 8.9% is way off, it was just skin caliper, wasn't submersion or anything, ya never know :) :) :)

you doing figure or bodybuilding? and wheres the show??
 
Agree with NY. Something is not right here.

You're numbers are either off, or you're going to crash long before the show.

Post some pics and have an UW or Bod Pod done somewhere to verify the measures.

Way to many of you are putting faith in skinfolds done by different people using unknown formulas. Skinfolds are fine as long as the tech is good and the formula is correct for your body type, age, gender, etc.

WOW, u look prrrrrfect :D

just wondering, what will u be doing (diet/training wise) to maintain where you're at? i hear that it's much easier to maintain once you get where you want to be... but i haven't gotten to that point yet.

Hopefully, Nothing :) I will keep everything the same diet/training, not that the training changed any from me going from 123-150 to 150-127, identical workout, except for the normal changeup every once in a while. I am hoping I will start to stabalize here, and then as I get closer to competition, slowly insert cardio/clenbuteral/tighter diet etc :)
