Me and you agree on something!! These 22 year old kids who weigh 95 cents soaking wet should not be bragging about low bodyfat percentage. I have 5% bodyfat and Andreas Munzer cuts at age 14... No big accomplishment in my book.
 
Damn you guys have low body fat! Guess I have such high body fat from being a football player. You guys are right about the sack of crap thing. I have incrediable strength but really lazy at times. I have been thinking about just not eating and letting my muscles dimenish and all and get hella skinny then go back up.
 
Im happy around 15% most of the year,dropping lower in the summer to around 13%,I have decided Ill never see a stage and I just wanna be bigger and aslong as I dont have a gut that hangs over my pants(17% area) Im cool with that

i don't think you folks realize what 10% BF really is, basicly striated glutes and straited lats and low back. Not many bodybuilders even pro's get this in there peak. and yall are talking about you are 10%......i think i am gonna call BULLSHIT................

To each their own. Some members strive to have that male model looking body, although the mass monsters probably feel this decision is based on genetic potential. I have no trouble getting ripped, wrestling <10% in highschool and college :verygood: , but unfortunately have a hard time putting on some real size, atleast with my natural status thus far.

You WONT be striated anywhere at 10% bf :rolleyes:

You can call bullshit all you want but I can post pictures at any time during the year and they will always be 10% bf or less...
The catch is I NEVER get what most here would consider "huge" :rolleyes:, and with my metabolism I probably never will :o
