Body throwing signs?

After heavy dips or kick backs for tri's my shoulders will hurt for about 2-3 seconds right after the last reps of each set. This pain will go away immediately and will not return until I do these two exercises again. Will I be looking at an injury if I keep these exercises up? It's only these two and the pain seems to be getting a little worse everytime I do them. From what I can tell, my form is good for the dips, but I've almost stopped doing kickbacks totally because of this. I really don't want to stop doing dips as they are major part of chest day. I may have this narrowed down to weaker traps that aren't supporting the weight like they should, but I don't know. Some feedback would be nice.

By the way, not a single shoulder exercise gives me problems, it's only these two and it's directly in the socket.

I used to get a terrible pain in my shoulder from doing flats and dips, I like you, pushed through and it got worse. Inclines didn't bother me, so I changed my chest day around to base that as my main movement, and layed off both flats and dips for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks, I started doing them again, and no pain at all. I'm not sure it's the same thing with you, but maybe you could take a little time off and find out for sure.
