I know this is a vague question but I never had my BF tested but I have a question.
I have a full 6 pack and have a pretty decent cut on my obliques when flexed, what would BF would that put me at?
But I also have a bit of fat on my lower abs I mean you can still me my bottom 2 abs but there is a stubborn bit of fat below that, any suggestions on how to lose that?
I just started with cardio but I think it is my carbs and soduim intake....
