I have no idea of my body fat percentage. Its not too high, but its not low either. No freaky definition, but no gut. I'd be comfortable topless at the beach right now, and I'm vain as hell.
I love my food too much to get really low, because that's all it takes - strict control of what I put into my mouth. It'd be better for my performance on the pitch if I did drop maybe 5lbs of fat, though I think I'll save that for pre-beach holidays and just be content with where I am fat-wise, because I want to keep putting on some functional muscle.
