Body Builders = gay guys

This was classic and I just had to pass it on to the board since where could be more appropriate. I was telling my brother that I heard (I know this is old news by now, but it was news to him and me) that former Mr. Olympia Bob Paris was gay and married another guy and all sorts of stuff.

And he says, that doesn't surprise me, I assumed most all body builders are gay. Why else would any guy want to stare at a male body in the mirror all the time and be so obsessed with it and spend so much time devoted to it. He also said that being that body builders and gays both tend to be vain and narcissistic, it's hard to tell the difference.

I couldn't decide who should be more offended. Body builders, gays, me or both.

But in the end I just figured he was mad that he is fat and had to make up some theory to justify it.

I just started lifting cus i had nothing better to do. All my friends went off to college and i was commuting to school. Didnt do it for girls or muscles. Just needed something to do. Now its my thing and i couldnt imagine never being involved with the gym in some way.

Now a days what I have noticed is that the over 35 crowd, it's the gay men and the straight divorced or single women that keep themselves the most fit.
