just exfoliate with a loofah or something first.. wait for the skin to FULLY dry.. put a thin layer on, let that dry (takes 2 minutes or so) and go about your business.. i do it in the morning and then at night before bed.

i put this on twice a day (on my shoulders) and its cleared up about 90% of my acne in the past 10 days

hey mike, i am using the nutrogena bar and it has helped alot but the bars are expensive and i go through them (2 showers per day) like every 3 days. i just ordered the lotion and giving it a try.

it's called accutane, and no, it doesnt work quickly.
