Bod Pod measures body fat, muscle mass, and bone density. Iy is an egg shapped contraption that you get into and is sealed. They presureise it with a little air and you sit inside for a few minutes. It is extreamly accurate. I had it done once.

yeah im a trainer at a gym..every 4 months we have a local company bring in a bod pod and we all test on it and we test our clients and their progress gets graphed out and printed for them!
