Where does everyone on here go to calculate their basal metabolic rate? I've gone to about ten different websites, each one seems to give me a different number with a different method of calculating it, and some of them seem to be off completely. Is there any specific website and/or equation that everyone trusts that would give me the most accurate calculation for my BMR?
