Bloody nose...

Any of you guys ever get bloody noses while on cycle? I'm just starting my 2nd week of Test enan @ 500mg/wk. I live in a super dry state though, maybe I'm jumping the gun. Any ideas?

Get some nose spray, and maybe a humidifier for your room. Drink plenty of water.

It's not doubt your blood pressure..same thing happens to me..all the time. Run a powerful anit-e, limit salt intake. Thats about it bro. 145/70..is about normal for anyone cycling. Even as high 160...is normal for someone carrying around alot of extra muscle/water. Although...if you get higher than 170..i'd look into seriously changing your diet..or stop taking so many androgens

good advice here... the test can make you hold a good bit of water; combine this with a salty, high carb diet and it is very easy to get the bp up there...

plus your blood is going to have more trouble clotting, and those little blood vessels in your nose can easily rupture in arid environments.

it's probabably a combination of these things bro-

when i took anadrol i used to have to stuff tissue in my nose when i squatted lol

Be aware of aspirin as it will make your nose harder to heal.
On the other hand aspirin can save you from a seizure if you have high blood pressure.

Lately for me I am getting them like at least once a day and sometimes its seems like a garden hose. I am getting sick of it.

my doc told me that too. i have high blood pressure but i have meds for it so im cool. he told me a bad sign is the bloody nose. frequent bloody noses that is. before i was on bp meds i didnt get any bloody noses though i was lucky. not everyone does, but my doc did say to look out for it.
