Bloodwork Recommendations???

Hey bros,

I haven't gotten blood work in over 2 years. I just kept pushing it off and pushing it off, then I got on AAS and was cycling on and off and now yeah, 2 years later, I really want to get my bloodwork done. What I am worried about though is AAS detection and insurance. I heard some people getting their insurance denied because the bloodwork shows up that the patient is a steroid user.

I have been off cycle since like mid-May. Is it ok for me to go to the doc to get my bloodwork done? I don't want to start another cycle without my bloodwork this time and that is the main thing that is holding me back. This extreme diet, the drugs, and maybe even the woman (I pray not) get me paranoid so yeah, please let me know if it's time for me to go or if I should wait a little bit.

Also, when do you guys recommend getting bloodwork done? Pre-cycle and again 2 months after cycle?

Dude that's more than enough time, you should get your blood work. Also, why would they be testing you for AS anyway?

Go get it done bro. Pre cycle and post-pct is best, on cycle is kinda pointless unless you get extreme issues and dont know the problem

You are due for a blood Test!! Someone correct me but I believe DECA-DURABOLIN stays in your system for around 6-8 months and that is a long time for a steroid. Illegal drugs like cocaine stay in your system for around 3 months solid, so you should be in great shape for your curiosity is concerned. You don't need to be afraid of making that appointment because they are NOT going to test you for steroids, only Test levels and everything concerned medically. Take a easy and relax friend.

cocaine is not the drug tested for because its metabolized so fast. its the presence of benzoylecgonine which is screened for and a daily user would be clean in 20 days. as for testing for steroids, if his epitest and test ratios are way off still, they can tell he supplemented with aas. its really not that hard to find out whether or not someone has used aas.


conanx - if you are really concerned, wait 6 to 8 more weeks or so. it is true, if they find you have self medicated your future insurance can be in jeopardy. you may want to go to a 3rd party doctor for the bloodwork and pay out of pocket if you are truely concerned.

Thanks man, yeah what I was worried about is that my levels will come back all out of wack, basically proving that I was using something. I'll wait a few more weeks then and get it done right before my next cycle.

Past 9 months I've used Test E, Test Prop, Eq, Deca, Winstrol, Var, Clen

May I was using Anavar and Winstrol (ending a Test/Eq cycle).

No sir! It will be in your system up to 90 days as it varies in people. Hair folicle testing is right up accurate! I know this because I work alongside DOT drug testing and accident investigations! The 20 days you refer to are folks who could also have tried to flush their system or the amount of drug in their system. There are high dollar shampoos that will attempt to flush out the drug by getting to the inner portions of the hair of the epidermis, while alot of them shave their hair in attempts to shed the drug out of the body in that form.

They don't test for steroids. The only thing that will send up a reg flag is a high test level and even that isn't part of a standard test. It's extra. But just to be safe, go down to 100 mgs a week untill after the test. Problem solved.

The 20 days you refer to are folks who could also have tried to flush their system or the amount of drug in their system. There are high dollar shampoos that will attempt to flush out the drug by getting to the inner portions of the hair of the epidermis, while alot of them shave their hair in attempts to shed the drug out of the body in that form.

so the dozens of people i personally know who have passed urine tests a week or so after using coc have lied to me? im not doubting you but i have done personal experiments on myself with thc and it was cleared from my system after 72 hours of use, in 96 hours. so much for the 30 day theory there. like i said, not doubting you, just experienced different things. whats with the exclamation points?

No offense and not making a bold statement on exclamation. You are right in urine tests after 3 days or 72 hours through urine BUT through folicle testing, it can be detected as far as 90 days. Urine Testing is diffrent with Hair Folicle. I agree with you everywhere else.

Yeah, thats 100% truth if you wanna work in any corporate casino in Vegas. Hair testing all the way. Even the corporate owned little bar and grills that have video poker or any gameing machine in them, hair tests.

Yeah so my TSH levels were higher than normal. I was using ECA during the bloodwork...would this have done it? I never used T3 before. Also my urea nitrogen was a little high too but he said it's not a problem.

I was pretty shocked that after like 2 months of Winny and a month of Anavar straight my cholesterol came back like this! Guess the Red Yeast Rice and Omega Fat oils work!
