Blood work help?

I was going to ask about FSH. Mine is only 3.1 MlU/ml on a range of 1.4 to 18.1. IS this low?
Also AM cortisol is 23 which range is 22. Is this high or not really?

Total test is 626 which looks good.
SHBG is 59 which is high range.

Globulin is always low on my blood test? What can that mean?

Also my test about 10 months ago was 803. 6 months ago it was 767 and now it was 626. What is causing this. I was on trenadrol year ago. Nothing really since. But i have hot flashes, dry eyes, photosensitive skin ever since.

Feels like thyroid issue T4 was 10.0 which was out range of 4.5 to 12.0
TSH was 1.303 which was on a range of .350 to 5.500. Let me know if you can elaborate on what might be going on. Thanks

No it is in the normal range and high for men. I think they gave you a range for men and women.

Units please. Cortisol should be higher in the morning and drop off through the day.

It is immunoglobulins or antibodies. It is calculated from subtracting total protein(not specific/general test) from albumin).

Really low could be immunodeficiency, high indicates infection or inflammation.

What do you mean by low?

Have you had blood tests at different labs? That variation is natural and could also be due to the test itself.

Testosterone is notoriously inaccurate.

Your TSH is normal, as is your T4.

It doesn't look like there is anything going on from the limited info you have provided.

BTW, pulling the few abnormal results or what you think are abnormal is not that helpful.

Clin chem is about patterns of results most of the time, and all results need to be viewed with haematology as well most of the time.

Also include units, the US uses different units than the rest of the world, and different labs may use different units in the US.

I do wonder about this commercial lab thing in the US, I wonder how strictly they are regulated?
