Blood Tests, any educated input would be appreciated

I'm assuming you are on or just came off a cycle? Maybe even PCT? If so, it just means your good cholesterol is down.... it's totally expected after being on AAS.... get your diet back on track... take your EFA's.... you can even try taking policosinol or (flush-free) niacin to help bring your cholesterol back to where it should be.... Sesapure is also said to help with cholesterol

That is solid advice.

I had problems with my HDL even before touching gear.

I take every day, wven when not on cycle:

3.6g of Flac
3.6g Fish Oil
20mg of policosanol w. cQ12
and I eat at least one serving of fish and one serving of leafy green veggies ED.

Yes, I was still on a cycle when this blood test was done. 50mg per day of BD var. I might have even had 100mg/week of BD Tren Depot running through my veins.

In layman's terms: Your "good cholesterol" (HDL), the kind that sponges up the bad fat so it doesn't stick to your arterial walls is too low in comparison to the "bad cholesterol" which doesn't soak up fats. It means your blood as it presently is, has a tendency towards atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries. (Increased heart attack risk).

Yikes. Thanks, bro. That's very helpful.

My blood test came back as follows

Can anyone tell me what it mean. I realize that everything is within normal range. I'm just wondering about the two that are not normal: HDL cholesterol and CHOL/HDLC ratio. They are highlighted.
HDL = 12 but normal is 40 or more. Also,
CHOL/HDLC ratio = 9.3 but normal is 5 or less.
