My dr told me I have high blood pressure about a month ago and put me on meds. ( I took the meds for 2 days) I stopped my cycle so everything would go back to normal.

I bought an omron blood pressure monitor and was testing my blood pressure. Turns out I had my arm up too high while taking the readings and the readings were normal.

I started my cycle again 1000mg test, 20 mg halo and 600mg of EQ. I was feeling weird but since the bp monitor said everything is normal I ignored everything. I dropped the halo in hopes of felling better. Then I added abombs at 50mg per day for the last 2 days. Oh and 5iu of hgh 5 on 2 off and I switched the EQ for tritren (3 Tren esters)

I went to the dr last week and he said my blood pressure was high and put me back on the meds and ordered a 24 hr bp monitor.

I picked it up today and shit my bp fluctuates from 177/110 - 150/94.

I think it takes a few weeks for the blood pressure meds to kick in. I dropped the abombs and I have to wait until the test/eq/tren filter out of my system.

How long uintil I should retest to see if my numbers are going down.

Be very careful on your cycle. Low HDL levels are being shown to be worse risk factors for heart attacks than high LDL levels. Yours is very low.

LFT's are usually troublesome when more than twice the normal limit. However, your LFT's may not accurately reflect the degree of liver damage.

Ask yourself this: is it worth it?

No it's not worth it.
I'm done with aas use. Now I need to figure out some PCT for me.

It may take 6 months for your body to be clear of aas.

Lowering bp and improving cholesterol is relatively easy.
I found it was more sugar control than fat. And by sugar I mean
all the flour and grain products that convert to sugar along with
fructose and sugar.

Purge out the sugar, replace with veggies and animal flesh and you'll
see a very much improved report. You'll be shocked at the water you are holding.

How can I bring up my HDL?

A lot of people say exercise (specifically, cardio), but in my experience, it's done very little to increase HDL -- usually only a point or so.

Limiting trans fatty acids is one way to raise it since trans fats lowers HDL.

Other than that, you'll need to decrease steroid use, increase soy consumption, drink alcohol (in moderation -- one or two glasses of wine daily), and take niacin. DO NOT TAKE NIACIN UNLESS YOU DO SO UNDER PHYSICIAN SUPERVISION. HIGH DOSES OF NIACIN (>250 MG DAILY) CAN CAUSE LIVER DAMAGE AND MUST BE MONITORED. There have been reports of liver failure with niacin use, requiring transplant or resulting in death.

If you want to get your HDL levels up through nutrition then try the following:
  • consume low to moderate glycemic rated carbs (this means reducing your consumption of highly processed or 'white' carbs)
  • avoid foods high in cholesterol (ie: egg yolks, liver)
  • drink a glass of orange juice every day
  • consume fish or fish oil
    - These are high in Omega 3 and will be beneficial as most western diets are high in Omega 6.
    - Both Omega 3 and 6 have benefits but they are not fully utilised if the balance between the two is not equal.
  • look for foods with mono-saturated fats
  • consume oat bran
  • increase your intake of soluble fibre (ie: fruits)
By way of drug therapy:
  • Niacin - but like swatdoc mentioned it has to be used with caution
  • Gemfibrozil, Fenofibrate and Clofibrate (taken under physcian's supervision)

I forgot to mention omega-3's. They do raise HDL, but not so much as lowering triglycerides. It will help though - maybe a point or two at most.

Oat brans/oatmeal, limited fat intake, etc. usually lower LDL more than raising HDL. However, it still benefits you to have your LDL as low as possible since your HDL:LDL ratio is what primarily predicts cardiovascular risk.

Trans fats are the worst when it comes to lowering HDL.

Orange juice has been shown to marginally increase HDL. Cranberry juice, when consumed in large quantities (16-32 ounces daily) has been shown to increase HDL by as much as 10%. If you do this, I recommend doing what I do: drink light cranberry juice. Four glasses of regular cranberry juice daily is a bit much when it comes to amount of sugar.

I do NOT recommend anyone take any of the fibrates. Why? They are associated with gallstones, and worse, various forms of cancer. If you look at mortality data, they reduce cardiovascular mortality, but increase all cause death rates. Personally I think they should be taken off the market. When my Mom was prescribed fibrates for ONE bad cholesterol profile (high triglycerides), I made her stop them immediately.
