Tarentino99

New member
In in my 9th week of 400mg eq and 250mg sust( 1st cycle) with little result.
All in all i'm up 8lbs(not lean).
I hadn't felt anything untill the 5 or 6th week and so I started to think their was somehitng wrong with the sust.
anyway I went for a blood test and my test level was a 3800, which the doctor tells me is about 4 times what is normal.
I've been training hard and eating well, but i feel tired and my streght has only increased slightly.....
I don't under how my test is high and
a)I havn't gained crap
b)I'm tired

Im thinking of extending my cycle to 13 weeks swictching from sust to enanate(since i have a bottle already) and throwing prop in there............but my doctgor sez to halfin whatever it is im taking b/c my test level is to high?????????????????/

any info.........help
basically how can it be that my test level is high and i look and feel like crap

thankssss

Your gear isn't fake....That's proven by your blood test restults. (300-1100ng/dl is normal). The problem is in your diet. If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. It really is no more complicated than that. Just because you "think" you're eating right doesn't mean you are. Post your diet. Without sufficient resources(food) your body cannot build muscle tissue. The whole point of AS use is to increase th body's ability to convert dietary protein into muscle contractile protein. This cannot be accomplished if calories are too low. Carbs and fats are vital for growth, so to assume that all that matters is protein intake is a recipe for poor gains. Rest and training may have a hindering hand in your lack of progress, but in all liklyhood it's your diet.

HERE, since you are new, and its your first cycle ill cut you some slack

take your bodyweight, multiply it by 20, this will be your minimum daily caloric intake, from that shoot for 40% of total calories coming from protein, 40% coming from carbs, 20% coming from good fats, eat chicken, tuna, beef for your protein, potatoes, oats, breads, grains for carbs, include some nuts for your fats

train 4-5 times per week, each body part once per week, heavy training, 9sets for small bodyparts, 12 sets for large body parts

sleep at least 8 hours per day
