blood test results TSH and glucose

I just got my blood test results back, and my lympho % was 19, and my fasting glucose was 104, and my TSH was 6.6. I was wondering what if any treatment they would give me for these abnormal results. Anyone feedback would be appreciated thanks.
(I already started astragalus therapy to try to boost my lymphocyte %, and lower my glucose).
